Every course you finish earns a certificate. Finish all the courses your role uses and you become a ChatBeds Certified Hotel Professional.

For each course you finish: every lesson passed, practice done in the training hotel, quizzes passed.

When you finish every course your role uses. The badge employers look for.

How do I put it on my CV?: In My certificates, download the certificate as a PDF (with your name, the dates, its ID and a QR code), or press Add to LinkedIn: LinkedIn's form opens already filled in.
How does an employer check it?: They scan the QR code, open the link, or type the ID (like CBU-7K2M-QX4P) on our Check a certificate page. It says whether it's valid, expired or revoked, with your name, the title and the dates. Never your email.
I'm moving to another hotel. What happens?: Your certificates are yours, not the hotel's. With the same email, nothing to do. With a new email, type one of your credential IDs in My certificates and enter the code we send to your old email. At the new hotel, the University counts those courses as done.
I can't open my old email any more.: Write to support@chatbeds.app with the credential ID. We check it's you before moving your certificates.
How long is it valid?: Two years. ChatBeds keeps improving, so take the lessons again to renew it.
Can I keep it private?: Yes. Untick "Anyone with the link or QR code can verify it" in My certificates, and tick it again whenever you like.
Can it be faked?: No. Each certificate is an Open Badges 3.0 credential digitally signed by ChatBeds, and the check page reads it from ChatBeds itself. Software can check the signature too.
Can it be taken away?: Only by ChatBeds, for example if it was earned dishonestly. The check page then says so, with the reason.
